Follow-Along/Case Closure is ADS/Career Pathways’ goal for all clients – the stage where the client no longer needs us and is prospering in their new career position.

Follow-along means that ADSCP is gradually weaning the client off services and easing them into a life with a career that enriches them one that no longer needs coaching, training, and supervision.

ADSCP believes that everyone has the right to lead a positive and independent life, and Positive Case Closure is the ultimate realization of these beliefs.
