My name is David (Dave) Blenkinsopp, and my company, Avenue D Services/Career Pathways, has been in business since November 2003. I am from South Bend, IN, and until I began Avenue D Services in 2003, worked as a Job Coach and Employment Consultant, performing two years of job placement/coaching work in the Niles, Dowagiac, Berrien Springs, and South Bend areas.

I have also had a year’s experience as an Employment Director, managing a staff of up to eleven coaches at Stonebridge Employment Services of Niles.  I have placed and coached many clients in successful and gainful local employment situations, and many continue to be productive and even award-winning employees to this day.

Avenue D Services/Career Pathways is contracted by the state of Michigan, and this is why we are able to provide these excellent services at no cost to the employer or the applicant.

Altogether, I have worked for over six years as a local Employment Director and Specialist, and have extensive managerial and supervisory experience in these capacities.
